Each GenHelix Optima production batch is identified by a unique batch number and has its own Certificate of Analysis (COA).
The QR Code on the vial redirects you directly to the certificate corresponding to that specific batch, ensuring complete traceability between the product received and the analyses performed.
This approach avoids any confusion between different manufacturing batches.
Can I consult a COA before purchasing?
Is it possible to view a certificate before placing an order?
Yes.
We regularly provide sample certificates of analysis so that everyone can see the information we supply for each batch.
These samples illustrate the level of transparency we apply to all our products.
Depending on availability, some certificates corresponding to currently marketed batches may also be consulted.
What if the QR Code is unreadable?
The QR Code no longer works. What should I do ?
If the QR Code is damaged or can no longer be scanned, simply contact our support team.
Using the batch number indicated on your vial, we will be able to retrieve the corresponding certificate and send it to you directly.

Does the COA guarantee product quality?
A certificate of analysis should not be reduced to a simple purity percentage.
At GenHelix Optima, we encourage a comprehensive reading of the results: molecular identity, purity, dosage, potential contaminants, and batch number.
